They Ruined the Lift

I have 2 garage doors on opposite sides. I paid them to install a lift on 1 of the doors. Nothing to be done on the other door. When the tech installed the new lift he did something to the other door so now none of the remotes work with it. I asked the company to fix this. They told me "the guy is out of the country for awhile. We don't know what he did" I called a few more times over the weeks and I go the same story. I went out of town for a few months and called again. "Yeah, he came back but he doesn't work for us anymore. We'll have to charge you to fix it." and got snotty with me. I will hire a better company to fix it.
