I have recently released my eBook with this publishing house and generally speaking my experience was good. The members of their team were ever helpful and assisted me throughout to learn all the steps of the process. I was shown how to format, design the cover, and distribution facilities, and all became less stressful. Another strength I liked was the fact that they remained open in communication, whenever I had any questions they answered me clearly and patiently. The end eBook is professional and is currently available in various platforms. I am happy with the service, and the only thing that can be better would be a little faster response time. I believe they assisted me to transform my manuscript into a finished product and I would also recommend them to other writers who want their work published.
