I just found out the home we bought on…
I just found out the home we bought on June 15, 2022 was listed as a manufactured home built in 1985 1,452 sq ft. It was actually built on September 1976 and it is 1,100 square ft. Thank you very much for your report because it claims to be a 1985 which is incorrect I have proof by the compliance sticker that it was built in 1976 and no one had the decency to correct this which is inexcusable I would have never paid $124,500. For a 1976 manufactured home with 1,100 sq ft. Thanks again for your report ever since we moved in we have had nothing but problems the roof leaks the plumbing was not done correctly it leaks under the sink and faucet drips. Plus I am on a low fixed income and I had financial problems and could not afford my electric bill I applied to LiHEAP for assistance and my application was denied because Edison Co. had wrong service address show property located at 3001 Buckhorn Drive there is no such address and I have been trying to get Edison to correct it without any luck. I had to go to Planning Division to get a “change of address” form submitted to give to Edison and of today it still has incorrect address for service. I hate to complain about all the problems I have with this house, your report was detailed and excellent, Thank you again, Linda Franzlr

Duplicate billing
I used this company for a search for some details about a piece of real property, as the local property office was offline. This was March 4, 2020.
The report that I got was cursory at best, and not worth the price paid. I didn't know the price (about $25) until after I got their report. I would have left it there, but then this month I got another charge on my account for $23.95.
