Rented a car- they said that insurance covers everything that isn’t our fault. We went to one place where someone broke into our car- broke window and stole backpack which contained shoes and jacket. When we noticed what has happened, we called to rental company and explained the situation. They replied that insurance doesn’t cover broken windows and tires. I have traveled a lot of places and there is not any company where insurance doesn’t cover something like that. And for this small window they charged us 200€ (which costs under 100€ for sure). Unfair not to say more.. do not recommend. Made a fools out of us. And at the end they told us that because of broken window they can’t rent that car for at least 5 days, that we are like responsible for that too(like we planned that somebody would steal our stuff and brake the window).
