Avoid USOUTFIT at all cost
Don’t shop at USOUTFIT online.
They advertise that they can purchase anything in the US- goods not available in your country- and ship it to you anywhere in the world. They also mention they offer you the best price on designer clothes of your choice.
The site was recommended by my colleagues at work, so I believed it to be legit. I was keen on purchasing a rare Ralph Lauren top that was advertised on USOUTFIT and decided to make a purchase. The site accepts PayPal, so I didn’t see it as risky.
I made a purchase in late July and paid top dollar- well over A$180, including shipping to Australia (which was not cheap).
More than 2 months have passed and I’ve not received the item. I was concerned so I messaged them on their site and emailed
them. There was no reply. So I called them, multiple times through out the day and on various weekdays. No one picked up. I made a few more attempts to contact. Again no luck.
After exhausting all ways of making contact, I decided I had no choice but to open a PayPal dispute and get my money back. A day after opening my case, USOUTFIT sends me an invoice to my PayPal demanding an immediate payment of US$35. The charges clearly came out of no where and totally unjustified. The audacity of the scammers to do such a thing made me furious.
I demanded them to cancel my order and give me my money back immediately. But PayPal refunded me the full amount promptly before USOUTFIT did. USOUTFIT said they were about to refund me, if I had waited but I highly doubt it .
Lesson learned: USOUTFIT is just a typical scam site. There is no transparency and their one positive review is questionable.
They are supposedly based in Buckner Kentucky- but that’s questionable too.
