My experience was great. It was smooth. I completed my application online and mailed it in following the instructions. My passport came back in a timely manner. I like that I received email and text messages alerts to where my application was in the process. It gave a piece of mind and took out the guess work.

This is essentially a scam. You pay the price of a US Passport for this company to fill out a form which is available to you for free. Then you will pay that price again for the actual passport..
Similar to buying a $500 picture of a PS5 on eBay.
DO NOT RECCOMEND, all 5 star reviews are blatant bot accounts.
There is a 60 day refund period, so be quick about calling in for your refund.
EDIT: A day after writing this review, the company flagged it as defamatory to silence my post. I submitted an appeal, and TrustPilot concluded there was no defamatory content.
Scummy practice, scummy business. Avoid at all costs.

This sure beats the old fashioned way
This sure beats the old fashioned way. Very simple download and filling out of form. I used a local photo service but it appeared to be simple to get a usable picture with one's phone. Simple payment process and new passport arrived fairly quickly. It would have been nice to know that the old one would be arriving later (which it did). Happy with the whole process.

Do NOT use!!! This company is a scam. You pay over $130 basically for some forms to be filled out. They send you the forms and a fake money order for $130. I requested a refund and was offered a 25% refund and they told me “it’s a third party company” and also stated that it’s very clear that the website says this, but it is not clear at all. I had to create a fraud alert with my bank account to get my money back.

Misleading presentation and only partial refund offered
I found USPassportandVisa.org after searching Google for “US passports.” The site appeared first in the results, and the way the process was presented led me to believe I was paying for passport processing.
The $150 fee was not clearly presented until the very end, after I had already completed the application. The payment page also included several passport-related add-ons, which reinforced my impression that I was paying toward the actual passport process.
After paying, I learned that the company is a private form-preparation service and that I still have to submit the passport application myself at an official acceptance facility and separately pay the government passport fees. The official passport forms are available free from the U.S. Department of State.
I requested a full refund. The company first offered 25%, then increased the offer to 50%, but refused a full refund.
I felt misled by the overall presentation of the service and strongly recommend that anyone considering this site carefully understand exactly what they are paying for before entering personal information or payment details.
UPDATE:Thank you for responding. This order should be readily identifiable, as I have already communicated directly with your company regarding this transaction and have received multiple partial-refund offers, including 25%, 50%, and later a higher partial refund.
My review does not state that your company claims to issue passports. My concern is that the overall presentation of the site and checkout process led me to believe I was paying for passport-related processing rather than simply paying a private company to prepare forms that are available free through the U.S. Department of State.
I am happy to provide the information necessary to verify the order privately through Trustpilot, but I will not post personal or order information publicly.
My request remains the same: a full refund of the charge.
