This was a great find on the internet
This was a great find on the internet. We were looking to replace our community mailbox numbers and letters and outgoing mail labels. No one had our correct size.
I went into their chat room and was assisted promptly and given instructions on how to order.

Product was of inferior quality and not suitable for our purpose. Return was easy but we had to pay freight back AND they kept 20% for “restocking fee”.

I am sorry for your troubles, but the model you ordered is built to meet USPS requirements. Key Keepers are only meant for post offices and aren't designed to be used as Knox Boxes or other high-security key holders.
A great product
A great product. We have yet to install them but are excited about getting started in our community replacing mailboxes anchored in 5 gallon pails with these units. Delivery went very well.

Great project
Ordered a mailbox for a 4plex and it was shipped quickly. It was great, and so easy to install. (Surface mounted). I will always use this company. Way less expensive than others for the same product.

Amazing experience working with them
Amazing experience working with them. I made a mistake when buying online gave them a call. The lady who answered was really helpful and was able to change the address on the work order. On the day of delivery they came in put up the new mail box and even took the old one. I really highly recommend them
