We sold our home for one percent commission plus their 395 fee. Their web site was easy to use. We took our own pictures. Our house was listed on Zillow, realtor.com, and countless other sites. Real estate agents did not like our house because of the low commission we chose, but our house sort of sold itself. US Realty saved us at least $9,000 and we are grateful!

Wow! we're so happy to sell our home in 34 days and saved so much money. We can't be happier.
So Thank you to USREALTY.com, to be a part of this big wining.

I sold a large home by myself without a selling agent. I was able to control who saw my home, when they saw my home and made the most of interacting with buyers to demonstrate the home's features. Of course I saved $19,000 in selling agent commissions!

Did exactly what they advertised and more! Everything went smooth. It seems like they have one licensed agent/broker in each state who handles the paperwork.
You don't know before you start who you are going to get. My guy was responsive and helpful. However, the other agent on the buyer's side was having a conniption fit because I had never filled in the electronic forms before and my agent wasn't in the room holding my hand. However, it all worked out and I saved a ton of money that I needed for my new home.
I highly recommend US Realty as an excellent service for people who have the knowledge to price, list, market, and sell their own home.

Great experience with this company. No issues with listing, everything was prompt, very easy to use the service, exceptional savings using this company over paying a realtor. Would use this service again for any future selling of a home. House sold within 12 hrs of listing

In April 2017 I helped my son sell his 1st home with US Realty without using a seller’s agent. My Mother and 2 Aunts were real estate agents for 15 yrs when I grew up, so I saw the “real estate agent process” firsthand. I have used agents in the past to buy and sell homes. Unfortunately times have changed. My son and I signed up for the “FSBO work” to save the $5,000 seller’s commission on the sale of his house.
We listed online with US Realty for several reasons – to get the house listed in our area MLS was an important one. We selected the Gold Plan because we wanted to be able to change the MLS description as we liked, and ask questions. We did our own comps on 25 similar homes that had sold over the past 12 months in our area. We took our own photos, wrote our description, and made printed color brochures for buyers to take. We staged the house with borrowed furniture, cleaned it top to bottom, made it presentable from the street, and even produced a professionally looking For Sale sign. As most will tell you, pricing the house right is 95% of the work. I won’t go into all the sweat equity my son and I put into fixing and repairing the house. That was part of the buy-sell process and market pricing strategy. We bought an older home in a decent school district and easy access to main highways. The market in our area was ripe for updated houses priced less than $175,000. In our MLS write-up on US Realty we offered the buyer’s agent 3%, could have maybe gone down to 2.5% but we were concerned we’d push some agents away. We did our research and priced the home at the top of what our sq.ft. and condition would bear.
I bet my son he’d show the home 25 times before a sale would be made (recalling my mother’s rule of thumb). He showed the house 22 times in the first 30 days on the market, and received 2 offers, the second being a full price offer. The sellers picked their own Closing office who prepared all the transaction papers. We ended up paying US Realty a success selling fee around $300 and a law office $150.
Did US Realty do all the things they advertise to do? Not Really. Asking questions by email was responded to by people who never signed their name – how trustworthy is that? Did our house listing show up in Zillow Trulia, and a bunch of popular online sites they tout – NO. They didn’t even send us the requested FOR SALE sign. LOL. Nonetheless we forged on through these obstacles and sold the house to buyers who saw it online through MLS.

I used US Realty to sell my home and it went very well. Better than I had expected. I recommend anyone to use their service to save thousands of dollars. I had a realtor tell me I couldn’t sell my home on my own. Well, I now have 10 k extra in my pocket.

If your gonna bid against a bidder because your company knows the reserve or trying to run it up...bidder should know it's your company not a generic random other bidder. We bought one property through your site but dont like it because of these practices. It would also be nice but not necessary to get financing for the Cash Only properties. We were winning bid on one property but lost it because we only had pre-qual letter. Very disappointed because it adjoined our perm residence

USRealty gives a home seller the same local real estate listing exposure as any other homeowner, at half the commission cost. The key to any home sale is getting into the local real estate database, exposing the property to agents of buyers. With a little leg work, we were able to save $15,000 on the sale of our home and will consider using the service in the future, with a relative.

I thought some things on the website could have been clearer but every time I had a question, I just called and got the answer I needed. I had zero problems using USREALTY to help me sell my own home.

USRealty.com was extremely easy to work with in the sale of our house. I would recommend them to anyone.

Getting access to the MLS was key, and that worked well. Even while I was still proofing my listing, I had three calls from realtors wanting to show my house. The process of listing through USRealty.com was easy. Paying a relatively small flat fee to US Realty.com and a 1% fee to the buyer’s realtor, I saved significantly versus a standard realtor fee. I could get away with that low of a commission because it was a hot seller’s market. In 48 hours, we had 12 showings, 6 offers, and sold above asking price.
The only reason I don’t give it a five star rating is that I was surprised by an additional fee. I thought the only fee was a $99 initial fee, but later was charged a fee (around $300) at closing. That was probably in the fine print of the contract, but I had not seen it and was surprised by it.

Great way to save money while selling your home. You need to have some confidence doing lots of the stuff on your own. You can’t expect to pay very little commission and yet expect help. Consider it self service and you won’t be disappointed. I would do it again!

This is a amazing way to sell your own home. Your the one in control. I made a lot of money! But the only fall back is try to get answers to questions. Hard to get a hold of someone on the weekend. They need more people on the phone lines to help with questions.

Good service but setup could be a little easier. Send me discounts and would list even more.

I had no problems using US Realty to help sell my home and I saved thousands in commission that would otherwise have gone to a listing realtor. Although it helps to have had some experience in selling a home, it was relatively easy to photograph, write up a description, take room measurements, etc. necessary to upload the information to be used for US Realty to create the MLS listing as the listing realtor. Offering a 3% commission to other realtors who could bring buyers, resulted in multiple showings,a signed contract and successful closing. While USRealty offers limited services for the very low price they charge they are available during the whole process to assist if necessary. Highly recommend and would use again.

This is a far better way to sell real estate. If they could get rid of the other brokers, that would be even better. This is a service where you actually get what you pay for. I recommend everyone NOT allow a % amount in your (buyer side) sales contracts though... We consumers can stop the rotating cycle of "HUGE appreciation-then-crash every 10 years", by using services like this one. It actually helps level out our real estate market. when we start paying agents hourly or a fixed fee for service, like every other industry does. Attaching a % of a sales price to transactions means that both the buyer and seller agents are shoving UP the price, which ends in a bubble every 10 years or so. Changing agents fee structure to a flat "Fee for Service" would fix these absurd cycles, but you won't find an agent who will actually work for the seller or buyer in this way.
