Easy online sign-up

Wor with a Company that provides Good Customer Service and a Good product.

This is a Great Storage company. It's clean, friendly workers, helpful workers, happy workers, and the prices are just as Great. The Manager is amazing, he knows the business, and will help you get the correct storage size for all your needs. Check out their online special, just as good as the competition are BETTER. Easy access on and off a Major freeway.

Got no response.....

Well, they responded and told me where to e-mail them but NEVER replied back. So, not a good company and terrible customer service.

Original review: I had several issues with the Show Low Arizona facility, where my monthly fee would be higher all of a sudden. They told me it was because I didn't have insurance on file, which I did. They never notified me of needing updated insurance so I overpaid for 3 months. They say they issued one $15 credit but I haven't seen it. Then the rate went up with no notice. They said they were sending e-mails but I never received them. There is no way to get anything settled because they are all independent facilities and there is no accountability and no corporate office. I vacated the unit and will not use them again.

Efficient Check-in

Check-in was efficient and quick. The storage area and units are clean and climate-controlled. I feel my property is safe. The location is very close to me and convenient.

The price is what landed us here but...

The price is what landed us here but unfortunately not much else. The man that helped me was very professional and helpful. all but one person we've encountered have been fairly nice people actually. I didn't know until after I had already started and paid for my storage space that they weren't open on Sundays which throw us a major curve ball in our moving schedule. But the Sunday closure was the least of problems to come, our space is in the most inconvenient spot you could imagine. It's in the a narrow one way in/out that is blocked by a gate so using a trailer is so miserable makes you not want to deal with it. At least that's what happened with us. We made to trips but husband was extremely frustrated because we both work have limited time and them they are closed on Sundays. Not to mention having to physically park go inside to sign in/out Everytime so not convenient in anyway. The light in out storage is blown out. And to high for me to just change out. We still have space in our storage but dread taking anything because it's so inconvenient all around. But like I said the price was fairly cheap and we hope we just need it for a few more days then our home will be complete.... 🤞🏻
