Too good to be true. I was offered a pretty low price for what they told me was "unlimited" coaching but turned into an upsell when I needed more support. The support itself and education was not that bad so I can't give them a 1 star for that but the inside upsell is just too much for me. I did get a refund which was a smooth process thank goodness but come on.

Your seminar was a Snake Oil Sales Pitch. There was NOTHING in the First Day of a 3 day training that showed how to purchase Tax Liens or Deeds. Nothing was shown of Deed Records, how to obtain Deed Records, or Tax Liens. The Only thing Megan Shaw did was look like a Snake Oil Sales person, pushing $30,000 of software you had to purchase or to purchase a coach that has less experience than I.
