I ordered my hair on 1/26/2020 and its now 3/27/2020 exactly two months later and I still have not received my wigs. I am another customer that did not read the reviews before purchasing. I saw the pictures and the buy 1 get 1 free scam and just went for it. I agree with everyone else on here this place is an absolute scam. At least some people did recieve a product. I have received nothing yet. They just took $99.76 from me. I cant believe businesses can actually get away with operating like this. PLEA\SE PLEASE PLEASE dont waiste your time and money on this place it really doesnt deserve to get 1 star.

I'm ma this company took$99.76 from my account yet to send my orders that was01/21/20 its been over a month now they are a scan don't order from them.

After a WHOLE month & my filing a claim, contacting my bank... they told me to “Be Patient” hahaha!!! No tracking, nothing!!! Just took my money & bye girl!!! At least somebody texted they received something, even if it’s doll hair 😂

Wigs are not as promised. Fake wigs and fake customer service. It took over a week to get the return address for the terrible wig they sent. Zero apologies from them and none of them knew what they were doing.

It’s unfortunate that people operate in this manner I purchased 3weeks ago for my fiancé and hve emailed several times no response unfortunately hindsight is 20/20 I wish I would hve read reviews before purchasing but I will be contacting my bank and allowing them to hash it out with this fake business!!!!!!

I agree with the others in that it is a scam. I purchased before reading the reviews. They have not answered my emails and I still haven't received the product. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

This was a very bad experience the Wigs were very bad quality nothing like what they showed on the video they were very Tangled and shedding hair not worth the money at all I will call this place a scam do not waste your time or your money all I want to do is get my money back and they can have back their bad product

I received a wig but it's not a front lace this don't deserve one star bad.

I rate them as 0 stars this is a scam site and their lace front wigs are not what they say its just a regular wig you can buy out a wig store youself

All of these online companies I see use the same photos. I agree this is a total scam, the hair feels like fiber glass and trust it looks nothing like the photos. If you want to waste money then you are in the right spot. I dealt with paypal and I had quick results on their false advertising.

This is a complete scam I purchased a week I’ve got one free they are nothing like the ones in the picture they are not real here they are not lace front they are not even cut properly it is synthetic hair and this company is refusing to refund my money and now they have stopped answering my emails it’s a joke and a scam do not buy from me Them. They claim they are a US company but they are trading from Taiwan. Dont give them your money don’t buy anything from facebook advertising
