It was the worst experience ever renting a trailer from these guys. The trailer wasn’t equips with everything for hookups so I had to pay out the nose for it at the campground. Then, when I bring the trailer back, they refused to reimburse me for the items I bought. Their customer service was garbage and I would never rent from here ever again!

We rented RV for a month. The website talks about recent models but we got a 6 year old vehicle which was not well maintained.
We had to return to exchange our RV for another one as there were too many issues. The major issue was the AC that broke down and there were many more.
Not enough value for a high cost.

Very Professional. Unit was clean and ready on time.

Nice trailer and good instructions. set up with our truck took a while but overall a very memorable trip.

The staff was kind and helpful and was considerably concern if the if the trip went good or any problems.

The cost of renting from this site was exorbitant. We found a better experience from another rental company.

Second year for me to rent from Utah RV Rentals.
RV was clean and ready to go for me. Knowing they are available for you with questions or things go wrong during your ‘glamping’ trip.... is a peace of mind.

Very nice staff! RV was spot on and everything seemed to be working well. Checkout process was good too . The owner went out of the way to drop us off at the Airport on a Sunday.

Lied about the batteries on the RV. It was explained several times prior to picking up the RV that having good batteries was the most important thing to me. When picking up the RV I asked about the batteries again an was assured that the batteries were in great condition and that I would not have an issue with them. But after driving 4 hours and staying in an RV park with hook ups, the first night of dry camping the batteries went dead within a couple of hours only running the 12 volt lights. The batteries were junk and could not hold a charge even after charging with a generator for 4 hours. Upon returning the RV I made it clear I was unhappy about the batteries. In fact after a 6 hour drive with the batteries charging, Utah RV Rentals couldn't even open the first slide out on the batteries. But I was told that it was just too bad and that they don't promise that the batteries will hold up.
DON'T RENT FROM THESE LIARS. They wouldn't even apologize for the problem with the batteries.

We rented a trailer in 2016 for a trip to YNP, The office and yard crew were sharp and on their jobs. We had a great time with only minor issues with the trailer. We’ll do it again next year.

Guys were very helpful in all the instructions. The RV was clean, everything worked and it appeared to be a pretty recent model.

I liked the people behind the service.

What I didn't like is all the add on fees they hit you with after you arrive to pick up your rental.

Ask a lot of question, like what charges can we expect of and beyond the rental.

The trailer was not clean and they nickel and dime you for every little thing.

We’ve rented from Utah RV Rentals for the past 4 years. It’s been a great experience each and every year.

We rented an RV from Utah RV Rentals last fall and had a terrible experience, #1-the tires were low on air pressure, #2-the sink did not work, #3-the door would not latch properly, #4-the batter would not hold a charge for over an hour, #5-the waste disposal tank was not dumped and all they offered was a $25.00 refund. Never, Never, Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very pleasant and helpful with my needs. Had many options, both with product and time needs.
