Quick, helpful, even followed up. I get very anxious at the doctor and recent visits have involved 4+ hour waits in disorganized systems. I was just going to hope things resolved, then I saw this site. It cost the same amount as my copay would have and it literally took seconds. I wish more could be diagnosed this way!
This was an amazing experience; highly recommend! Dr. Clarfield was able to diagnose and prescribe for what I suspected and he confirmed was a UTI, using a texting platform, sent the script to a local pharmacy, and the whole process was complete in under an hour. Dr. Clarfield even followed up with a personal phone call with instructions for further follow-up if necessary. I am very impressed and will definitely use this service again. Highly, highly recommend!
