Extremely pushy with up selling, and to add service you didn't want. I tried them because they were associated with my realtor. The "deals" they got were worse then you can get on your own. After telling them I didn't need ADT they still tried to send someone multiple times. Avoid this company at all costs.

Wow where to start! RIP OFF COMPANY!!
Wow where to start, charges at 01:00 in the morning when I'm sleeping is way more than double what is is at 18:00 when I'm using the oven making dinner!! These people are crooks and scammers! They say no third party charge if you load on the app via instant eft but they do take the third party charge off my instant eft every time!! Then they start last night with backdated charges on water usage from 30/06 without warning! Only problem is I am only living there from 09 August!!! Now they will investigate and get back to me... This company is a rip off company of NOTE and we have no choices because our body corporate contracted their service....

Electricity is just a scam
Their electricity is absolutely expensive. They charged our meter 210, in a single day, mind you we don't use an electric heater and we don't have anyone home during the day. You wonder If our lights and fridges have become so expensive to consume a total of R210... also the R210 was charged for 15kw.... Insane if you'd ask me.
