There’s nothing special about the energy we sell. In fact, it’s exactly the same energy as all our competitors provide. But there is something special about the way we do it. Where others complicate the process, we simplify it. Where others confuse customers with hidden terms, we’re an open book. And where others do all they can to make as much money from their customers as possible, we do all we can to make as little. Everything we do, we do it differently. Our customers are a privilege. One we’ll never take advantage of.

Utility Aid are excellent. Their customer service is very very good. I dealt with the account manager (Fred) who has been excellent and very helpful, going above and beyond to help me.

We have been with Utility Aid for a few years and they were helpful in unscrambling the catastrophic administrative chaos of SSE - like the £19,000 electricity bill followed by threatening letters when SSE fitted a smart meter. However at contract renewal I simply filled in the simple online form of a utility provider who refuses to go through brokers (10 minutes work) and back came a quotation that was 10% below the best Utility Aid could find. Of course I switched to this provider and the process could not have been simpler. Shop around!

Always Great customer service from them even if the issue isnt totally under their control as agents. Mary G has been committed to dealing with our queries and resolved the issue in a timely manner.

Utility Aid helped solve several problems we were having with our energy supplier regarding correct invoicing and payments.
Ruth was particularly helpful with this complex problem and persevere to ensure it was solved fully

I can't recommend Utility Aid highly enough. As a broker service they truly went above and beyond to support us during a really difficult time with YU Energy. They made the whole process of finding a new supplier effortless, handled the account transfers smoothly, and even secured compensation for the unacceptable service we received from YU Energy. Huge thanks to Vicky Tromp for her incredible hard work and dedication in getting everything sorted.

I had great help and support from Scott from Utility Aid in guiding me through how the company could help our Village Hall in reviewing our current electricity billing and needs

We had continuing strong support from Kristian. He was patient [and persistent] in getting us to move forward with a new contract [from August 1st 2025] as the time is right to fix.
We had a number of questions, as it is 3 years since we last renewed. All were answered very quickly, clearly and positively bringing the contract to fruition in good time.
Thank you again for your support and guidance.
Best regards,
Steve

Contact from Energy Consultant (Kaylea McKenna) and Account Manager (Fred Hughes) was professional and very helpful. They gave us great advice and enabled us to lock in a very competitive electricity contract.

Somebody suggested I check out Utility Aid for Gas and Electricity one year ( or more) fixed deals. I did but their ‘cheapest price’ for gas was a whopping 1.5p per unit more expensive than I managed to get it by phoning up the company directly ( roughly 6.8p compared to 5.3p with Crown Energy.
Obviously I signed up with Crown. It didn’t take long and that was a few months ago now. There’s no further bureaucracy too as you would expect. THEN I got a call from Utility Aid. I told them all of the above and the guy claimed that , for the extra 18%/ 1.5p per unit I receive excellent service and they will help me if or when a problem arises - I tried to get him to elaborate and suggested that there shouldnt be any problems and even if there were I was hardly going to pay hundreds of pounds more per annum to Utility Aid. He repeated his pitch but what else could he do ?
I would advise you avoid this company and spend a short while checking the market yourself and phoning the suppliers directly.

Ruth at Utility Aid helped to resolve an ongoing problem with SSE Energy Solutions. She was very patient with both parties. The time and frustrated effort that would have been needed in this situation by our organisation was saved by her intervention. We are very grateful for her help!

Absolutely fantastic company to work with, they provided an Green Pack for a Charity I am working for and the report was so useful and easy to understand. We have seen alternatives by another company and it didn't come close to Utility Aid. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ruaire and team.

Kinga at Utility Aid was extremely extremely efficient and professional n helping resolve a number of issues that my Charity had with our Energy Provider. She was able to establish that we were paying at a rate brokered by themselves and also the exact amount that we owed .
I would highly recommend this organisation and the service they provide.
