Great Service
We needed a withdrawal made urgently. Tina Corkish provided excellent service and help with the matter and the funds were received within a couple of days. Great service and it ensured that the member remained happy.

The response, in working days, was slow and I had to send a reminder. The information I needed was sent. However, the underlying problem (basic access to data, valuations etc) remains unresolved.

Multifactor Authentication…
Had an issue with new Multifactor aspect of the Utmost app. The member of staff at your Customer Services was very good in trying to get it working for me but to no avail so she organised a Teams call with IT for today. The issue was solved! All very professional.

Extremly expensive and poor performance
During the years the performance of the investments with Utmost was rather poor. What they can very well is to increase all kind of fees regularly, making the service very expensive.
When I asked for the full surrender of my account they created a lot of inconveniences to delay the payment.
Then also some hidden fees came up to the surface.
So I recommend, if you want to invest your money wisely, please look for alternatives

common sense, good service
I asked only for a hard copy of the assignment form. But Ms Kettlewell noticed I was assigning policy to my two children and therefore would require two copies of the form. Without being asked, she sent me two forms. Good customer service!
