Ordered a pair of CP Company joggers for a birthday present, took the money straight away £200+ then after that I have heard nothing. Sent numerous emails chasing up with no replies, they've just taken my money and run by the looks of it... Just leaving this review to warn others who might fall into this trap. Pretty annoyed. Will be requesting a charge back from my bank.

Messaged Utopia Designer as needed help in finding some items for my girlfriend for Christmas, they were able to help find them in the sizes required so quickly. Really helpful and gave advice on what was on trend at the moment. Items came quickly and packaged well. Cheers again!

This is a Fraud company, please DO NOT buy anything from them. They will take your money but not give the product.

This is an honest review. Bought a Canada goose gilet 370 pounds arrived and I was damaged emailed them and they was very fast at responding to return the item.then I looked back at the same item at its gone up to 470 with the 25 percent offers so that's all a gimmick for people to buy so disappointed you have done that.also the packaging is really disappointing you would expect a little more for the prices you are paying but overall I did buy off them again.

Excellent service and quality clothes. They had run out of the item I wanted. Sent a similar item, which was nice, but I already had it and then swapped that for another item.

Absolutely amazing service! Accidentally put the wrong address on my order and messaged them the mistake and within 15 min it had been sorted and ontop of that they hand delivered my order to make sure there was no confusion. Amazing customer service will 100% use again

Utopia Designer is the best I’ve ever used, struggled fo find a item I have been looking for for a while and they came back within two days later. They found it, the size I wanted, helped me decide on a colour, ordered and packed for me. At a price I couldn’t beat anywhere! Always the best quality and the ladies in the shop are lovely.
