Don't buy at Utrechtsemode.nl. It's a scam!
Bad service (google translate desk).
The dress I ordered was not as in the picture, other colours, bad fit and fabric.
The webiste looks nice, modest also. It says return possible, but the reality is so different.

Ordered dress over 6 weeks ago..not received it, no response. Took.my money tho!!!!

Misleading and incorrect company. They state a Dutch adress on their website but you have to return the product to China - on your own cost. For each request/complaint they send a template email back.
The clothes they sell can be found on Ali Express cheaper.

This shop does in fact deliver from China which is why in my case it took 12 days to receive my Merino wollen vest. Whether it is Merino or not, no idea, but it is wollen, only it looks different from the picture. Less fluffy, thinner material, slightly different colour. Recently I found the same pictures on a different website from a different shop. It seems like clothes from this shop are (cheap) copies. Another disappointment was the size. It seemed more like an M, though it was sold as L. I will not return it, because of the cost and all in all the fuss. I will not buy here again (to be honest, I really believed it was a Utrecht based shop - the name is deceptive, so it was a mistake to begin with).

I got a gift from this shop and return needs to be done to China and it cost almost more than the gift itself! Terrible experience. For the price better to get good quality items from know website or brands

If I was reading reviews before, I would never order from Utrechtstemode.
I ordered my dress on 25.08., today is 9.9. and I still didn't receive it.
I needed the dress for event (7.9.).
Very poor service, and no respond from customer service, only automatic emails.

The company has a very misleading return policy. The company is said to be owned by Kim from Utrecht ( Netherlands ) and the company is also called Utrechtse Mode.

But now I have to return my dress to their headquarters in CHINA, they don't send a shipping label, and I bare all of the cost of the return. On the website is does say that the buyer is responsible of the cost of returns, but it does not say that you are expected to send your package to China.

Not even to speak about the quality of the dress I bought. It costed me over 100 euros, and quality of material was really bad.

So please safe yourself time, money and dissapointment - don't buy from them. I wish I read the reviews before buying!!

The worst purchase and service I’ve experienced. I bought a dress, and the quality was worst that I could’ve ever imagined (plastic fabric). When I tried to returned it, according to their policy you need to contact them by email so they can report the item and then you can ship it back. I sent 4 emails and I got a no response , therefore I just lost the money.

NEVER, NEVER AND I SAY NEVER BUY ON THIS WEBSITE. THE CLOTHES ARE DIFFERENT FROM.THE PICTURE AND IF YOU WANT TO RETURN THE ITEM THE FEE DELIVERY IS UP TO YOU. (The item must be returned in China so the fee delivery it can be even more expensive than the product itself. )

I am totally disappointed with this order. I have ordered white dress for my wedding after party but i have received something like a tshirt for children. They expect from me to pay all shipment costs and send it to China. I am following the case and update my comment up to their response.

Terrible quality, cheaply made copy - Do not buy from this company! This company is not a dutch company as the name of the company would have you believe. It's a Chinese company, so you have to wait for weeks, then when you receive it, it's very clear its a cheap copy made in China, the quality of the product is terrible. The inner of the jacket I have bought isn't even sewn together. Now they want me to pay for the return of the product to China. Lesson for me is to always check reviews of companies before you buy anything. If I had, I would never have bought anything from this company as it appears everyone else also has a bad experience buying stuff from this company.

Update, I have repeatedly asked for my money back, I have answered all their questions and they just keep emailing me asking more questions I have already answered.

The shop is not in Utrecht it's in Honkong, they promise shipping in 6-10 days, but actually it was 2,5 weeks. I ordered Vera mini dress, i would say it is almost as picture, besides it doesn't have shoulder pads its thin fabric, and the fornt was just a cloth that is not even attached to the dress, the front part doesn't even stand the place it should be. Website says its best quality materials and so good and so on and so on, bit in the end it was not worth 70e ... disappointed 😞
