Avoid these people at all cost. The customer service is bottom of the barrel and they are absolute liars. I purchased a watch that worked for 3 days, on top of that the watch they sent me is not the watch they showed me. So they will take your money and send you what ever they feel like sending you. Then they promise to pay for the repair and ask you for a repair bill. When you give them a repair bill they turn around and offer you 50$ after you already paid 500$ for something that only worked for 3 days. Do not trust these people they do deceptive business. Save yourself the stress and stay very far away from these scam artist and criminals.

I bought a Louis Vuitton backpack here and I really enjoyed it, very good quality.

Ordered my bag and received it fairly quickly considering it came from China. However when I opened my bag there was a button missing. It was off and inside the bag. I contacted the Instagram account holder since they did not respond to my email and she sends me a video of them opening a bag that they supposedly inspected before they sent it. No way to tell if it was my bag and also they did not open the bag all the way to where it would show the missing button. Horrible communication and they are basically saying it’s my fault the bag is faulty. Would not recommend. I spent $368 for a bag I could’ve paid $60 for on DHGate

I ordered my bag in february 2021. I still did not get the bag (today is 1.6.2021). No answer since payment. DO NOT BUY from uubags!!!

I’ve been waiting for a bag since April 8th and it’s still in China. They keep telling me it’s coming, be patient, the courier is backed up, I should see a update in 2 days, give it 2-4 days, etc. I’ve heard every excuse and it’s still mot here.

I purchased a Gucci Dionysus large shoulder bag. Everything was going great until the locking mechanism fell off abd and broke and now I can no longer close the bag. Also I am just seeing some of the stitching coming loose. I wanted to purchase many more bags as gifts but that will never happen

I will say I purchased through reviews from YouTube if you want communication I agree from the previous people they do not communicate and I have sent them the funds for the bag at this point purchase from an app not them.

Ordered an LV purse and wallet, it took approximately 20 days to arrive. Quality is excellent. I compared my wallet to the same exact model wallet my sister purchased on a different site and I can honestly say mine was better quality.

Cons - Communication with these people is horrible! I emailed them 3 times, no reply. I tried chatting with them through their website chatbox almost daily to get an update on my bag, no response. I DMed them on Instagram, no response. Lastly, I messaged them What'sApp, and once again, no reply. The next day, I received a DHL tracking number saying my order would be there that week.

Because the quality of my LV bag and wallet was so great, I will purchase from them again. I would just hope their communication improves.

It’s the first time I’m giving an update after I wrote a reviews but I feel it’s fair to be honest here. I ordered a purse around November 20th and right away in WhatsApp they told me after they receive the money will send the order on DHL. I kept in touch with that lady and after 5 days they released a DHL tracking number who was fake. It showed that the order did not leave the office and they stopped answering me at messages, emails or phone calls on WhatsApp. After I wrote my previous bad review (letting them know about it) and asked them for money back, the next day she contacted me on WhatsApp and she said the order will arrive in 10 days. The tracking number started to work now and I could see my order comes from Bahraim , something in Middle East . I received my order on December 30th and I can say the purse is beautiful, can’t tell is not 100% real . It comes with receipt, box, and all the accessories similar to a real item. I definitely enjoy my item but the entire process is really shady and it’s worth questioning it.

Some time it takes longer then usually to arrive but it does arrive because I know they have no control on deliveries that all depends on FedEx or DHL or who ever is delivering it.
But they are NOT A SCAM AND THEY WILL NOT JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY !

Wow. It was my first time ordering a replica. I ordered 2 LV face masks. I was nervous because it was a wire transfer and I haven’t done this before. All I can say is everything was better then I could have imagined. Excellent communication from the company right away. Quick delivery. Excellent quality merchandise. Now I feel comfortable ordering 3 bags at $1500. I would recommend uubags to everyone!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This site is a total scam.!!! Please people beware. I ordered an item a month ago and never received a confirmation or tracking email. They made up excuses for that entire month, “your order is coming my dear” then it was “I think your order may ship in a few months in August” just a bunch of crap to take your money. Signs this site is a scam:
1. Website name has changed 3 times
2. They only take money via wire transfers to China (no way of tracking or getting your money back”
3. No customer service team, just a random foreign email with a robot that speaks limited English.

Please don’t fall for this scam people like me.!!! They’ll take all your money and you won’t even get a product. BUYER BEWARE
