I placed and order and it was simply canceled. I'm not really sure why you are even asking me for a review when I order something, you cancel the order, I ask you to reorder it, then you proceed to do nothing. What would you expect?

P.S. Automatically canceling an order because the item is backordered or the color is not available is not appropriate. If there is a delay in shipping, you should notify the customer, not simply cancel the order and force them to reorder the item.

As we explained previously, we ship out using Royal Mail Airmail to save costs, which are passed on. There is no tracking on this service, so we can't tell you when it will arrive. And as it has been less than 5 days since you ordered - and this is an international shipment from the UK to the Netherlands - we would not expect it to have arrived yet.
