Great Ticketing System

I found UVdesk to be very intuitive, ad easy to use. I like the large number of functionalities that provides and a big advantage is the support that helped me with everything that I need.

The solution is good

The solution is good, and I liked the support, they took few minutes to reply back and the steps to solve my problem was good and easy to understand. I recommend this solution

Recommendable service

The experience with UvDesk was great. It's awesome as a ticketing system.
Initially, we faced difficulties in their support but that was due to the holidays. But after that, we are getting better responses from them

Very good product

UVDESK has all the characteristics of a well thought out product with functionalities perfectly adapted to the expectations that I have for use in my company, such as the customization of rules, typed responses, the definition of flows and, particularly, the flexibility that gives their interoperability with emails.
It also has a comfortable and simple enough interface for administrators, operators and clients.
In short, the product is extraordinary and I recommend it blindly.

The support is quick and friendly. As with any support service, to get the answers you want, you have to ask the right questions.

Documentation is good but not very easy to find. It is easier to get to a relevant article by googling than on the UVDESK site itself.

Either way you win!

We were looking for something that would allow us to manage our customers, we also wanted something open source so that we could customize it. Well with UV Desk you get enterprise customers service, along with the ability to customize and re brand as an your own product. On top of that the price is right!
