Never hot my items worth 1000 dollars

They stole $149.00 from me! Never received my dress nor did I get a refund! 😡😡😡

Wow! So sad to hear that this company is truly scamming people. My first experience with them was good. I ordered two dresses for my birthday January 2023 and received it in a timely manner. Only for me to order another dress worth $200 for my baby dedication August 31th 2023, up till this moment am writing this review, am yet to get my dress or refund. After sending several emails and kept receiving new dates of delivery but never delivered, I gave up. I stopped emailing them because I got tired. So disappointed!

Scam Compaany I always got my merchandise timely I ordered this dress almost a year ago been contacting customer service and unfilled promises with dates notifying my bank and attorney

If I could give a -0 it would be just that! I placed an order Sept. (2023) never received it, emailed and kept getting different shipping dates. I asked for a refund and said it’s not allowed but I can get store credit. Finally got a store credit in March (2024) to order another dress, it is now May 17th, 2024, and still HAVE NOT received my order. I sent another email, and they have not responded. Almost $200!!!
This is sooooo messed up! Is this company still in business? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I placed an order a year ago, I never received the item or refund, store credit, I contacted customer service multiple times, same response our shipment is still processing and delayed for over year.

It took over 8 MONTHS with emails upon emails, to even get a dress. The dress arrived cheaply made but of course I can NOT SEND IT BACK because I will be given store credit to order another dress which will also take forever. My advice will be to stay far away from this place!!! It’s better to take your money else where. I was getting headaches and anxiety because of this company

Honestly this company need to be sued. We need to write a petition and sue them. I have ordered 2 dresses with this company over 4 months and I haven't received them. When looking online, for other reviews, I saw that others have similar problem. This company is a fraud. I which I had known before I ordered the dresses. I had paid over $300.00 and haven't received my order.

Very Disappointed, with the company. I have order 4 different dresses from this company and received them in a timely manner. I placed and order with them on August 27th , 2023 and still have not received the dress 7 months later. They keep telling me a different delivery date, as of yesterday(3/18/24) it will now be April 8th, 2024. They offered me a store credit which I have refused.

I will start by saying that I have ordered from this company once before and received the item within a timely manner which made me feel comfortable enough to order again.
I wish I would have read the reviews here prior to ordering with them again because it looks like a lot of these reviews are recent. I also wish I knew about their no-refund policy prior to ordering. I ordered a dress for my engagement photoshoot. The item was placed on January 9th. I waited until the 23rd to request a refund. They then informed me of the no-refund policy but said my ship date would be Feb 12th and arrive 2-3 business days later. It is now Feb 20th and still no dress. I will report this company to the better business bureau.

Scam I never received my dress. Never received a confirmation and they keep feeding me with excuses. They refuse to give me a refund.

I paid $145 for 2 dresses on Nov 22nd 2023 and I never received it, it's been 3 months. I will be filing a claim with my insurance this is extremely disappointing. I contacted them several times!

Fraud fraud I had to flag the account after ordering a month ago and not receiving my clothing. It’s so sad that these companies exist in America. I checked my cameras to see if the item was delivered by usps and it was never delivered because I was scammed! SCAM SCAM SCAM!

This is meant to be O Star!!!! Do Not Buy from this Company. I repeat Do Not waste your Money. You will not get the ordered items or your money !! I ordered $400 worth of clothes in July 2023 and only got 1 item. I have emailed them every month and each month they have given me a new shipping date. I have reported them to the BBB and still nothing has been resolved.

Do not buy from this company, I repeat DO NOT BUY. These people are a SCAM and just like other reviews have mentioned, they take your money and never send you any merchandise. They send you bunch of emails with promises and nothing happens, they do not deserve a star.

Gettign a 1 star because you can't have no stars. These guys are scammers, your 1st order they fufil, 2nd one i missed the reason why i needed and no word on any delays, I got a refund for one and got the order which I can't wear as it was badly made. I for some reason ordered clothes worth $450 and after 2 weeks emailed them, they give a nov 14th shipping date, when i reach out nov 14th, they give a new date for nov 30th, then i reach out and they say Dec 14th but if I'm away they can keep it till i get back. I'm sorry what sort of business is this. This is a scam. I want a refund not store credit cos clearly if i use the store credit I will never receive the items. I have given them till Dec 8th to receive the items or refund. You don't mess with BRITS, we do not take things lightly.

I ordered ordered five dresses from this crooks worth $560,they only send me two dresses, the only way to communicate with them is through email,t sent emails upon emails,no reply. Because they are scammers and thieves, you don't get anyone to talk to via the phone. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered from this company in January 2023. My item was shipped the very next day and was received the following day. I live close to the same city it shipped from, loved the dress, and was impressed with the speed. No issues with that purchase.

I ordered another item 8/15/2023 and was expecting the same turn around time. Emailed them the next day asking if there was any chance I could expedite as I wanted the item the following weekend, and was told no - there would be a delay but I should receive the item by 8/31. Didn’t want it by that date, but I just said bummer and kept it moving. Reached out a month later - still no tracking number, and was told that I cannot cancel (based on their policy), but I could have store credit. Also advised that the item was in production and almost ready, but if I didn’t want it - I could return it once received …. for store credit.

Luckily, I used an installment plan through Shop Pay, so I didn’t pay in full…only one payment was released by my bank. My bank has agreed to credit my account, and I’ve contacted shop pay/affirm who will dispute with them. Today is 10/3 - and I still have no product nor do I have a tracking number. I will NOT be purchasing from the site again nor do I recommend anyone ordering from them until they can get their ‘delays’ taken care of.

I wish that I had read the reviews here before ordering. All of the reviews on THEIR site are wonderful (of course, lol).

This is a scam company beware. Paid over a hundred dollars for a set of cloth, never received any refund or any clothing from them. Customer service is terrible. They keep giving me new shipping date and never sent anything.
