Great communication and product
There was a slight issue with the packaging but a quick call to the customer care department sorted all in one communication. They sent a complete reorder through to me in 5 days.

The design I received was not good but customer services were!
The design I received was not good quality, it was cartoon like and not what the image on the website looked like, however the customer services were brilliant ,they offered me a replacement design and when I declined i was given a full refund the same day. Very impressed

First I must say that the pattern on…
First I must say that the pattern on the mural was lovely however the paper was extremely thin, to the point you could see the paint behind the paper, Where I had painted the ceiling. This has now ruined the paper and it would be a waste of £180 to take off. In 30 years of papering I've never had this issue.

There was a problem with delivery of my first order, with the package getting stuck in Customs in Memphis, and I'm in
