I did all the advise besides changing all the cartriges ... and still the printer did not alow printing

The cartridges supplied for my HP Officejet Pro7740 were not accepted by my printer because they do not contain the correct chip. A big waste of money.
I am very happy with my order. It works fine and it took 1 day to delivery that from The Nederlands to Belgium.
Ordered a set of toners (home brand) which were delivered within 2 days. Unfortunately, one toner was spitting paint when printing. Sent e-mail to customer support and was asked to send some photos. Received an apology and a new toner. The old toner was sent back free of charge. Top service! Highly recomended!
