UX Pilot is an AI-powered design tool that helps product teams move from idea to wireframe in minutes. Built for speed and clarity, it turns messy notes, prompts, and ideas into structured layouts that actually make sense, not just pretty boxes. Unlike other tools that chase pixels or code, UX Pilot focuses on thinking. It works like a junior designer who actually gets product logic, flow, and hierarchy, and doesn’t need constant hand-holding. Used by PMs, founders, and designers who want to skip the blank page and start with something smart.

Charging after subscription ended
It actually helped me to generate the design for my project. However, after cancelling my subscription, removing my card from the dashboard they somehow managed to charge me next month and their support basically gives me bullshit reasons for it and they are throwing this to Stripe.
On top of that they don't offer account deletion functionality so all I had left to do is ban the recurring payment from my banking app in order to stop this scam.

Terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience! The tool is really buggy and their support is terrible. In fact I think it is just one person, likely drowning in complaints.
Downgraded from Pro to Standard Plan and continued to be charged for Pro. Raised numerous issues with their support team and was completely ignored. I was told i could downgrade at any time and keep my credit balance. Sadly this is not the case, i lost over 4,000 unused credits and all of my design work. Look elsewhere

The support makes the difference!
I have been using this tool to brainstorm and to quickly validate designs, and it works good overall, im satisfied. But mostly satisfied with their support everytime I encounter problems, while generating designs or loading or exporting to figma, Ibrahim was there and was very nice, he even jumped on a call with me to try and solve the issue.
It's the buggiest tool I have ever…
It's the buggiest tool I have ever used.
Usually crashes after the first iteration.
Do not even try the Figma PlugIn. It's next to useless.
Even worse, they don't offer refunds. Not even partial.
Several other UI tools work flawlessly, even for free.

DO NOT SIGN UP
DO NOT SIGN UP. Illegal business practices. Signed up, did not work as advertised. Asked for a refund immediately. They did not provide it and broke EU consumer law: Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU).

Support very poor
You cannot change your email address or delete your account online. Three months ago, I asked them several times to delete my account and my data. Nothing has happened so far!

Bad product. Not recommended
The quality of the service and advertised features does not match at all. I spent 30 credits and realize that it generates low quality designs not even talking about properly porting them to figma.
I requested cancellation and refund right away. They refused to proceed with the refund (as it usually happens with shitty services since they know that is the first and last time the user is gonna pay).

This tool is so buggy it is unusable
This tool is so buggy it is unusable. I created a basic wireframe but when I click preview it throws developer errors in a dialog about not being able to find an id. Tried deleting my account but there is not an option.

Decent tool
Decent tool, usually not get things right for me. Asked for refund on my plan and they refused. Even though I only used it to create 5-6 pages max. Not even partial refund.

There’s a limit on screen flows unless you’re on the higher plan. We hit it during a bigger project.

Not being able to export unlimited flows is a bit annoying. Would be great to unlock that with a one-time fee.
Poor functionality & a scam - Avoid!
Poor functionality & a scam. Does not work as intended and they will continue to send you mass marketing messages despite requesting account cancellation and data deletion multiple times with no response. Absolutely a headache to deal with from the first touch point. Avoid!!

Very disappointed with UXPilot
Very disappointed with UXPilot. I canceled my subscription properly, yet they still charged me afterward. Their support is unresponsive and takes no responsibility. Be careful-this company keeps charging even after cancellation. I do not recommend using their service

Misleading Claims, Broken Features
I used the paid plan with the high-tier generation model. The tool couldn’t generate a simple mobile app screen with a button, even after several detailed prompts. Text is rendered with typographic issues — lines overlap and spacing is broken. The tool doesn’t follow prompt guidelines at all — it couldn’t even insert a button into the layout as instructed.
There’s no option to specify if the design is for iOS or Android, and mobile UI components aren’t supported. Importing standard kits like iOS 18 from Figma doesn’t work — the system doesn’t recognize them.
This is nowhere near a production-ready tool — it behaves like an early alpha. I asked for a refund, but was denied.
Avoid these scammers. Total waste of time and money.

Got scammed by UX Pilot !
It's been about a week that we made our payment (15$ per month) to buy premium subscription for our Product Design Team. But we have got not a single bit of premium feature yet.
Our account is still on Free tier and we have got 0 tokens
Support team is the weakest I've ever seen and the only method is by sending emails (Already sent 5 and only received 1 response)
Overall, I don't recommend their services at all !

Terrible
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience was so frustrating that I feel I have to warn others. The tool itself is incredibly unreliable. When I reached out for support, the experience somehow got even worse. Responses were slow, unhelpful, and made it clear they had no real solutions or interest in fixing the issues. Overall, a complete waste of time and money. I definitely do not recommend.

Works, but BEWARE
It does what it says, but the company engages in scammy practices.
Pros:
It makes designs that can be exported to Figma.
Cons:
1. Subscription doesn't mean "usage" - it means "extra features"; to use the app, you must buy "tokens" separately.
2. Cancelling a subscription doesn't mean "you paid for the month, you can use it till the end of the paid period", it means "we instantly remove every benefit you had, despite you paying for 30-day period."

Product feels like a scam.
Product feels like a scam.
After paying for a PRO subscription, platform credits almost instantly disappeared. Couldn't get support neither to refund me or solve the issue I'm having.
Absolutely useless.

Pretty useless as it only generates…
Pretty useless as it only generates images and every change takes credit. Cannot recommend at all

Offer free credits which are 0 after registration.
When you pay – nothing works, with message [system error]
And of course no support. Skam
