they stole my money

they stole my money. i withdrew 1.3k USDC and NOTHING!!!!! they don’t give the money back either deposit on my wallter.

they charged me 13 USDC for the transaction and don’t give my money. support is crap, they don't reply, their whatsapp is not verified, WTF!!!! they don’t reply to emails!

Pure scam.

Pure scam - you can't even block your card - it says - service is unavailable. That is, if you lose your card you won't be able to block it. The support is incapable of solving any issue - but they surely can freeze your card for whatever reason and you won't even find out about it until you learn you can't pay for anything at all. Pathetic.

blocking without warning, useless support, possibly, scam

I had a very frustrating experience with UZPay. Without any notification, my card was blocked, so I continued adding funds, only to start facing problems with basic payments—even groceries and taxis wouldn’t go through. When I contacted support, they told me I had to unblock the card MYSELF!
On top of that, they asked if I had a second passport in addition to my Paraguayan ID and national passport—completely unnecessary and absurd. Sure, I should have just found yet another passport in my pocket! Their policy on limits is unclear: you can never fully withdraw your funds, and they charge extra for withdrawals.
The platform feels potentially fraudulent, the support is terrible and completely useless with limited working hours. I would not recommend trusting your money with them. Just briefly check their website and see for yourself.
