Easy and effective concept

Way better than I thought
I did the detox program for 3 days. Although I normally can go through a day without food quite easily (Thanks to my busy job), this was a bit more difficult than I thought, Because the fluid diet does awaken your stomach which screams for solid food. Luckily, that became a bit more easy on the second day.
I do love the ease of the bottles of juices and I’m surprised how good they taste. I would definitely do it again soon!
