This is a scam

This is a scam. Eventually received the glasses. They DON'T work as advertised. And you are obviously talking to a robot. Do not buy this product.

The reading/distance glasses do not…

The reading/distance glasses do not work. I complained and they said your eyes need to adjust to them and to try and wear them for 30 minutes everyday for a week. I tried this and nothing changed. I emailed them but, Sophie Carters reply was that there was no content in the email. I know there was and sent several times. The glasses do not even look like the advert.
This company is a con, DO NOT BUT FROM THEM!

Uzvon Scam company selling fake products .i…

Scam company selling fake products .i bought visionsync glasses after seeing the advertising on Instagram. Then I ordered the glasses for 30 euros. Arrived after 14 days, fake product. Nothing as described on their advertising. I’ve been trying to return and get a refund. There is a bot sitting on their support website. Waste replies from it trying to divert and waste your time. Beware if this product my order number was 31995.

An absolute shambles!

I ordered a pair of adaptive technology glasses that adjust to your vision and also indoor v outdoor. I ordered via priority shipping UPS. Tried to track my order but could not. Glasses arrived standard post. No information just a pair of cheap reading glasses. Got in touch with their customer service and 11 exchanges between us over 3 hours nothing has been resolved. They asked me to photograph the product and packing which I did. They asked me for the order number and e mail address and phone number I used- I did. They then asked me again, and a third time. Utterly exhausting. They have said they will escalate but I have lost all confidence.

The website is very professional and their customer service is instant in terms of response but they have you going in circles. I believe their customer service is an AI tool, not a real person; hence just going in circles. I do not believe this will be resolved and if I do eventually receive what I have paid for I will come back and give a two star review but I doubt this will happen. AVOID as I believe it is a scam.

Pleaase Please Please avoid

I am still not sure if I have been scammed. The continued communications from their customer service, albeit very polite but totally un-helpful, makes me hope not. I ordered weeks ago and my order is still sat in China with the tracking number I have been provided saying “unable to track”. I have had a long round of emails with their customer services which ended with them telling me to track the number which China Post says I cannot track. Uzvon have no idea where my order is or when it will be delivered. On that basis I asked for my order to be cancelled. I received instructions to complete and submit a form, which I did. This prompted an email asking for my reason for returning the items and could I possibly send them pictures! Not great by any standard. My shipment may turn up at some point and I may get my order cancelled. But after a month waiting I doubt either. Personally I would never use this Company again and could never recommend them.
Update 27 May.
Told they had shipped my items again, no response to the form I was asked to complete so a total waste of my time. Given a new tracking number which is not recognised and now have come full circle to a shipment which nobody knows where it is. I would give a negative mark if I could.
Update 15 June - Received email from Sophie Carter asking for confirmation of receipt as she can see its been delivered and signed for. I replied that it hadn't to which I received another email from her telling me it had been depsatched, quoting a different tracking number and asking me to wait 15 days. i replied that I was unhappy to which I received a repsonse asking me if therr was sometihng wrong with my items. What I have discoverd is that they are using an AI service to respond with standard text and questions with no idea about your order history. Sophie carter does not exist in the flesh so if you have been unlucky enough to get tempted into buying from an advert then do not get involved iin any conversations with an expectation of a reasoned ror satisfactory response. I strongly advise to not place an order at all with them, in my humble opinion they are most definitely scammers, fending off any complaints with AI Bots designed to tie you up on riddles until you give up - i have.
