V.VEGAS IS SIMPLY VULKAN VEGAS'S NEW…

V.VEGAS IS SIMPLY VULKAN VEGAS'S NEW NAME BUT NOWHERE IS THIS SAID WHEN YOU REGISTER ON V.VEGAS.

I hade an account on VULKAN and in 2024 they refused to pay me 8000 $ in wins because I had a duplicate account with VULKAN that I had not used in a long time and forgot about. I never went back on VULKAN to play.
Lately I saw advertising for a new casino called V.VEGAS and I registered. I deposited 50 $ and after this I was asked to fill in additional personal info so I did this. When my phone number was asked I gave it and then was informed that another account with same phone number already existed but on VULKAN. This was the first time I was informed that V.VEGAS is the new name for VULKAN. ( ask yourself why a casino would completly change their name if not to hide a shady problematic and crooked past ). So now VULKAN / V.VEGAS accuses me of having a duplicate account. They say that on VULKAN there were many notifications about the casinos name change coming up so I should have known but I have not been on VULKSN in last 18 months because they took my 8000 $ win for having a duplicate account. Only this time when I registered on V.VEGAS there is absolutly no info warning that V.VEGAS is the new VULKAN. YET they accuse me of having a duplicate account again and my deposit is frozen. I have been fighting for 3 days now to clear this up and get back my deposit but all they say is that I violated their rule on duplicate accounts and to wait , and wait.....
I feel this is an absolute SCAM , A TRAP for all new players on V.VEGAS that unknowingly have a " duplicate" account therefor making their eventual withdraw request refused. How can someone know this if they have no info when registering that V.VEGAS is also VULKAN and who have not been on VULKAN since " they say " all players on VULKAN are notified on the site that VULKAN will become V.VEGAS. How many players will be refused their wins for having a duplicate account unknowingly. Just like me. V.VEGAS AND VULKAN ARE DISHONEST AND PROFIT BIG TIME FROM THIS SLEAZY TRAP. DO NOT TRUST THESE 2 CASINOS. HONEST AND REPUTABLE CASINOS DO NOT CHANGE NAMES . THEIR REPUTATION IS THEIR NAME THAT PLAYERS KNOW AND TRUST. VULKAN / V.VEGAS ..... Do NOT trust . They should be investigated and forced to pay back the wins they STOLE with sleazy scams like they do , as this one i am explaining.
Beware : THEY WILL REPLY TO THIS REVIEW WITH NICE WORDS THAT MEAN NOTHING AND CHANGE NOTHING OR FACTS. AND REVIEWERS HAVE NO OPPORTUNITY TO REPLY AFTER THE CASINOS BULLSHIT FEEDBACK.
