Please do not trust Jonathan McNabb

Please do not trust Jonathan McNabb, owner of StoreSmart storage in Lebanon, TN. His faulty security gate at AAA Storage, 806 Phelan Drive, caused damage to our camper on May 27, 2024 at 7pm when gate closed because sensor did not read. We have complained to BBB and emailed him. He refuses to respond. His only contact with us is via the employee at StoreSmart to tell us his insurance will not cover our damage. The damage was caused by improper maintenance of a security gate standing open that then closed on our vehicle after inputting the proper code. I'm not letting this go. Mr McNabb, you are responsible for damage caused by your gate.
