Experienced with VP in Paris .
We have rented four times from Vacation Perfect, always in Paris. The admin staff that does the bookings is excellent: very efficient and thorough and responsive. Answers to detailed questions about properties is always very helpful & quick. The properties themselves are very clean and “new” feeling; beds and sitting areas very comfortable. There is however usually some issue with an appliance, lack of notice about painting in the hallway or something like that. I have recommended them to friends & and would use again and again. . When there is an issue in the apartment , every effort is made to resolve it quickly. On one occasion a washer did not work - we were told we could use cleaning service and be reimbursed , plus we got some discount off our fee. I tried speaking with Plum Guide and did not find their staff as responsive or as helpful; also, it seemed to me the PG apartments did not have as many amenities as VP.
