Panama Vacations Reviews 

We arrived new year's day and were sick from something we caught in Costa Rica. We wanted to cancel part of our trip and couldn't reach anyone in the office to help us. I ended up doing all of the cancellations myself to try to minimize the amount of $$ lost.
We also did a real estate tour. Downtown was fine, but I don't think the agent knew other expat neighborhoods to take us to.
The city tour was good.
We'd come back to Panama but I don't know if we would use this company again.

I called many days prior to our planned trip and cancelled because of a medical emergency. I was told everything will be taken care of and when I wanted to reschedule just give a call. I have heard nothing further nor have I received a refund. I have no problem with not receiving a refund , but I woud like to have some record of the amount so that when I reschedule that money will be available.

I usually plan my own trips, but I realized that in planning a trip to Panama, I do not speak Spanish and I am completely unfamiliar with the area. I did a little research and came upon Panama Luxury Vacations. The company is staffed by Americans living in Panama, and they are recognized by the Panamanian tourism authorities. I give them 5 stars before being knowledgeable, accommodating, creative, prompt, organized and polite. Our trip was beyond fantastic - they thought of everything from the moment we landed until the moment we took off. The price was right also - they used their resources to get very reasonable rates everywhere we went. Tour guides they arranged were fantastic. When we return for another visit, there's no doubt that I will use them again.

Misled, weather was atrocious and rained every single day. Country is beautiful but be careful to check the weather from November to January.
