I ordered a pair of adjustable heated gloves. 1) I had no tracking for the product. 2) they sent the wrong gloves. After contacting them they just gave me 5% off the cost of the gloves. They did not try to exchange them for the ones I wanted. They did respond quickly but that's about the only thing they did quickly. I would not do business with this company again
The company is one of many mirrored sites of Premier Trust Store. The website says they are in California but actually ship form China. It took 5 weeks for my item to arrive. It wasn't even close to what I had ordered. I was then given an email runaround. The item recieved wasn't worth the cost of shipping back to China. There are no reviews for Vacay Outfit but many for Premier Trust. Unfortunately it is another Chinese scam company.
