Dyson V11 vacuum main body
Bought main body part for Dyson V11 vacuum, arrived in a 2 days. Item is genuine Dyson, and surprisingly it arrived with a new motor what is not mentioned in description, saved a lot of time to re-assemly this unit + leaving me a spare motor. Excellent service!

Time wasters
Time wasters, faulty product
Time wasters. Sent me charger cradle for Dyson that didn't fit. After numerous emails with photos and phone calls and returned item they finally conceded it was a fault on their side. However, they have not yet refunded my account and they say they cannot send a refund for the returns postage, said I would have to call to shop or they offered a credit note for the postage. Credit note no use since I would never shop here again. Giving Irish business a bad name, great pity.

I ordered one small item for a Vacumn cleaner and the wrong item arrived. I returned it as requested and after numerous emails and phone calls over weeks they failed to send on the correct part. So I finally asked for a refund. It took 65 days since my initial order to receive a refund and I still never got the part I wanted. They are totally inefficient with excuses for everything. They let other Irish companies down with their terrible service. Don’t go near them!
