Paid for a traction wheel for my dyson robot vacuume and never recieved it, they dont respond to emails, theres 2 numbers you can call both go to an automated message telling you to email them which they ignore, you can leave a message but they don't respond or call back, this company is a scam, I have checked with companies house and they are still trading, report to trading standards, the more of us that do it the more likely they'll get shut down

It didn't arrive. I have emailed them on a number of occasions. On one occasion I received a very nice response with an apology and a promise to get it seen to.
This didn't happen either and now they are not responding. It is now 16 September 2025. I have asked for a refund. I do not hold much hope of that happening, but you never know!

Wasted over a week of my time waiting for an item ordered that was supposedly in stock had delivery for 2-5 working days. No way to communicate as answer machine on phone and calls and emails never get responded to. I have given up and will inititiate a chargeback through credit card. Why have the website etc etc if you dont want to do business you are just wasting everyones time. Dont believce for a minute that this company has any intention of doing any real business it must just be a front for money laundering or something!

I ordered a Dyson head, they did not send and customer service have stopped responding, they have effectively stole £105 from me at this point.

Poor experience/no product
Dyson motor brush head ordered June 30th, confirmation email came, but haven’t seen any product updates. It’s now August 6th, and I’ve contacted the company with no response. At this point I don’t want the part, I want my money back.
Regret ordering from this company
Regret ordering from this company. Ordered Whirlpool Absorber Bags from them on 28/6/25. Did not hear from them til 9/7/25 when they said the item was in stock and ready for shipment after 12/7/25. Still not received by 18/7/25 so requested a refund. By 28/7/25 have still not received refund.

Horrible company! I've never encountered anything like them. I ordered a part for a Braun appliance and was supposed to receive it within 2-5 working days. On the fifth day, I reached out to them but received no response. I sent another message, and they responded, saying, "Sorry, we don't have the item in stock, and we had some problems managing our inventory. Once we get an update from our warehouse, we will let you know when we can ship the item."
After two weeks, I contacted them again and still received no response. I sent a second message, and yet again, they replied with an apology. Can you believe this? After two weeks, my order is still not ready to be shipped!
Here’s my advice to everyone: we need to flag such companies for the future. They need to learn how to treat their customers properly. *Folks, stay far away from this company!*
Legit product, fast delivery, good customer service
Bought a vacuum brush head replacement for Dyson vacuum and it was legit, exactly what we've been looking for. Wasted money on other third party replacements. Customer service was accommodating with my request to ship via a specific courier. Arrived fast as soon as shipping details were sorted out.

A replacement motor for my Dyson…
A replacement motor for my Dyson arrived quickly. I chose to buy one from Vacuum Genie because theirs had inbuilt fire protection. Unfortunately after fitting the new part, cleaning everything, replacing filters I tried it out today for first time. It smelt but I know new motors can emit a smell at first. Unfortunately this was followed by clouds of smoke and the vacuum cleaner has definitely burned out now. Really sad. I thought it was all going to work 🥲😱🥲

Underhanded price gouging sales tactics
I have given one star, simply because they were quick to respond to a query, even on a Sunday, the good news ends there.
I was recently looking for a kenwood chef attachment that has either recently been discontinued or there is simply no stock available, except for at inflated prices.
Vacuum genie showed as in stock and at £41.99 the cheapest I could find online and in stock. After reading reviews on here about stock levels and shipping delays I emailed the company on a Sunday expecting a reply Monday, within a couple of hours I had received a positive reply, saying it was in stock and ready to ship, they even added a link to the item for me to go ahead with my purchase, this is where things turned sour.....The online price had been increased by nearly 20% to £49.99 since my query, I double checked not using the provided link and on a different browser just to ensure the linked price wasn't inflated possibly by accident... Nope, they had increased their website price, i can only assume they checked the product themselves and competitors prices after my email but before replying, as being an in stock item their purchase price would have not increased and they were simply price gouging.
Just to add, I had been looking at prices for a couple of weeks and taken a screen shot of their page for my own reference, nowhere did it mention sale price, reduced or deal etc, needless to say, they lost a sale and any possible future sales from myself and hopefully from others that read these reviews, totally underhanded tactics from a company that already has a poor reputation on here.....
I actually purchased my item the following day for £45 from a company called kenco spares and the experience was perfect in every way

Ordered a motor for a blender that was advertised in stock on 2-5 day delivery, order confirmation received on the 19th of Jan. 10 days and two follow up emails later, here we are on the 29th of Jan.
No contact. No update. No sign of any goods.
Absolutely diabolical!

Dyson Pure Cool Me Filter
Well… beginning of July our filter for our Dyson Pure Cool Me fan became full and after a couple of hours searching the internet the only company that had this available was Vacuum Genie. After reluctantly ordering due to it being £74.99, we ordered. We had a confirmation email come through on the 9th July stating that the filter was out of stock and they’re awaiting a restock we still haven’t received and now we’re in October! My husband has phoned and it goes through to a voicemail and no response to several emails. All we want is our filter or our money back! Would not recommend this company or be using them again.

Vacuum Genie delivered 100% on our order
We had been looking for an OEM replacement for the canister on our Dyson V10 Animal for over a year. Until finding Vacuum Genie, I had only been able to find non-OEM replacements that were advertised to fit, but the description indicated that it did not function like the original part.
I was able to find the part in stock at Vacuum Genie, so I ordered from the site. I received the correct part, within the advertised time.
I am 100% satisfied with the service, and would recommend them to anyone looking for Dyson OEM parts.

Company has not been able to deliver…
Company has not been able to deliver item after two weeks. They provided a Tracking number but it says the order needs to be dispatched. Every time I reach out to customer service a new excuse or new timeframe is provided. I will still wait for the item but feels like when I ask for a cancellation they will not provide a refund (based on others reviews)
Update - Decided to close my order and give refund after posting this review.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Ordered an attachment for an epilator, card charged, then did not hear anything for 2 weeks. Customer services gave various excuses for delayed dispatch for 3 more weeks, then stopped responding after I asked for a refund.
