First class service.

We purchased a tap about 7 years ago but we were not informed we had to register the purchase. Despite this we were offered a new cartridge free of charge which arrived the next day and I managed to fit this without difficulty.
To benefit from a 15 year warranty the purchase should be registered immediately.
I received excellent service from Shaun and I would not hesitate in recommending Vado.

Brilliant staff at Vado

Vado has such brilliant staff Andrew and Jess
I might have got Andrew into some misunderstanding trouble regarding what I need as I was not good with doing attachments on phone

It’s not Andrew’s fault that wrong item was sent
I hope Vado will still thank him for me for being so helpful patience and kind

I spoke to another staff Jess today
He too was so brilliant and helpful

Can’t praise Vado staff enough

So efficient as part needed will arrive tomorrow following my early morning call today
