They have been much more helpful than Ryanair in assisting me. I'm thinking if it would be better to always reserve a fly from than instead of dircetly from ryanair.

Fast, efficient and clear service/replies. I was very well surprised.

I asked them to cancel a reservation even if it was written that it was not possible to cancel or get any reimbursment. They told me they would check with the hotel and in less than 2 hours they answered me back telling that it would be cancelled with no costs. Amazing, really difficult to find this kind of thing nowadays.
