Long delivery time, but nice products
It took a while for my package to be shipped. Would have liked to know this beforehand or to get an email that it would take a bit longer than usual. Also not a fan of UPS, would be nice to be able to chose another delivery service. Products itself were nice!

Wat als “lang” wordt ervaren kan per persoon verschillen. Op dit moment communiceren wij geen vaste levertijden op onze website. We werken er continu hard aan om onze verwerkingstijden verder te verkorten en stabiel te houden.
We begrijpen je opmerking over de verzending en het vooraf geïnformeerd worden. Dit nemen we mee als waardevolle feedback om onze communicatie te verbeteren.
Wat betreft de bezorgdienst: we snappen dat een voorkeur voor een andere vervoerder prettig kan zijn. Op dit moment werken we met vaste partners, maar ook hierin blijven we kijken naar mogelijke verbeteringen.

Took very long to dispatch my order. Too much waiting.
It took very long for the order to be dispatched. Around 4-5 days at least. Then it was a few days for delivery as well, not the fastest through UPS. All in all, from the time I placed my order, to the time I received it, I was able to place a different order from another merchant (with similar or identical products), receive it and start using it!
Seeing that this will most likely be the case, I even asked them to cancel the order, but they said they couldn't because the orders are processed automatically. Well, I didn't really expect you to process them by hand, one by one... I'm sure you have systems for that. Also, I'm sure there should be a way to cancel an order that has not yet been packed and dispatched. But OK.
This was my first order on the website and while I was waiting for it, they kept emailing me with more offers to buy more. When they hadn't even fulfilled the first order. Overall, I am quite disappointed because the product selection is interesting. But I just don't think it's acceptable to wait 5 days to send an order. I know independent businesses like to complain about Amazon, but maybe figure out your logistics and don't make customers wait this long. We are trying to support you, but I can't wait for 2 weeks for 3 stamps and some ink. Most websites and independent businesses I order from ship my order within 24 hours. 48 latest. This is just not good enough.

We also understand your disappointment regarding the cancellation request. Once an order is already being processed by our logistics system, we are unfortunately no longer able to stop or cancel it.
We have tried to contact you personally to see how we could help resolve this, but unfortunately we were not able to find a suitable solution at this time.
Your feedback is valuable to us and will be taken into account internally, as we are always looking for ways to improve our service, processing times and communication.
