Worst Company
I ordered a t-shirt for my mother that was never received because Vaixt ships 3rd class and the post office will not forward the mail. I filed a claim to have them send a replacement because my mother after weeks of waiting still wants the t-shirt. After several attempts to try to contact the company unsuccessfully I am in the process of filling out a complaint form with the Indianapolis Attorney General. Sick of the generic emails

I ordered a 1X shirt with my name on it…
I ordered a 1X shirt with my name on it when I received it it was way to small. They sent me another shirt 2X and it was smaller than the 1X . I don’t understand their sizes of shirts. The shirt was beautiful by the way. I just can’t wear it.
