So far really pleased! Won and received a lovely necklace which was sent with DHL ! Sadly they chose DPD to deliver some items and I've been receiving delivery updates for 3 days but no parcel 😞

We charge these costs because a lot has to happen behind the scenes and because we still want to offer you the best auctions! Retailers may sell products below or above the suggested retail price. These sales prices may therefore be lower. But of course you always determine your own price at VakantieVeilingen. There is a good chance that you will score the product for less with us!

Unfortunately, it did indeed happen that an auction was online for too long and thus more orders came in than there was stock. Of course, we understand that this is very upsetting and this is why we immediately refunded the money to the account of the customers who could not receive the product.
