The only minor downside I would like to mention is that the shipping sometimes takes a bit longer than expected. While this is not always the case, faster delivery would enhance the experience even more.

There will always be bots raising the price. A site with no value

Beginning of April 2023 I won some veiling. Today is mid June 2023 and I still haven’t got the goods. Contacted the customer service: they said that the money was transferred to my account long ago… I haven’t received any payment back and cannot get any solution from VakantieVeilingen. They only say that they know nothing!

Easy to bid, the tickets were sent immediately after the payment.

It is always easy to book. If you won an auction and want to cancel that is also a click away. Overall nice experience till date.

There,s always a bargain for the bargain hunters..

I have been satisfied with some gadgets I have bought but I also bought 2 hotel cheques recently and this is the biggest hoax there is. The deal was a free overnight stay if you have breakfast and one meal in the hotel, I bought two so I can take the family for a mini vacation somewhere nearby. When looking at the hotels, I selected one in a good location and with decently priced meals but when I looked it up on the booking website, the price was much higher. I contacted the provider and asked why the price is different as promised and they never replied. What a waste of money!

I think this system is great. Advice for others, there is a button that is to buy without bidding, sometimes the price is better than the final price of the auction! Otherwise fast shipping 3-4 days

Vakantie Veiling shouldn't get any star!
It’s terrible experience. I did auction. Then I want to cancel but thier system not allowed me to cancel. Then I paid everything around 100 Euro for it. Then I can’t log in to get what I paid because of there website blocked me. Then take a lot of time to reply and fixed it. Now I can log in there but It is too late then it’s expired. At the end I paid 100 Euro by I can't get anything. I felt thier website is scammed. It’s really unfair to me. I asked them to refund my money back BUT They informed to me is NO.
This's SCAMMER!!! Don't trust them!

When you order something it comes quick

Terms n conditions are crazy, they earn more than a customer could pay with normal online booking.. administration fee. In hotel booking you have to pay for breakfast n dinner (what if I want to eat outside!). Air tickets, to choose airport extra €50, to choose date of travel also extra 50€, airport hotels transportation is expensive and not included, i won bedding fake not original perfume for €1 only … horray!! But payed 12.50 in total, 5.50 admin fee, 6€ for delivery!! Be careful before bidding, read TC carfully
