Very fast at responding to messages and was easy to book a last minute, came with suggestions on when to leave to be on time to the airport and so on. Nice car and good driver :)

I have been using their car rental , shuttle and excursion booking services since moving to Playa del Carmen in 2021 - ( often weekly / bi-weekly services ) . The agents speak multi languages and are fantastic at communicating prior to pick up to ensure you are always on time . Not only has this company been a game changer for our travel needs yet also as a resource in Quintana Roo for the best adventures recommendations. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our party of four travelled with Vakeytions from Paradisus La Perla resort to the Tulum ruins and had a great experience. Oscar was a pleasure to deal with, able to help us on very short notice, and the price was fair. Our driver Cristian was on time or early both ways and we never felt unsafe on the roads. Wow, Vakeytions Travel totally nailed it! They made our Mexico trip amazing with their super cool planning and spot-on recommendations. Best car rental experience we have had in our 20+ trips to Playa Del Carmen. Very accommodating, clean cars, quick responses, etc. The all around value you get compared to several others we have used is hands done the best.

Oscar and the team were super easy to communicate with! We used them as transportation to and from the airport. Seamless! We also booked a tour through them, they had a staff member come to our villa for payment! So easy!
