No expertise, wrong information and absolutely lackluster behaviour! Even a month after the license was approved they kept giving us updates that it was under process. Better to just do it on your own or approach them if you love following up. A waste of money

Vakilsearch is an excellent platform with a highly supportive and professional team. I highly recommend their services for any legal or accounting needs. Special thanks to RishiKumar, who assisted me during my tax filing process.

I engaged Vakilsearch (Zolvit) for GST registration and VPOB services and paid approximately ₹15,000 expecting professional guidance and a hassle-free registration process.

Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite.

From the beginning, I found that the team handling my application lacked a proper understanding of basic GST registration requirements and documentation. I frequently had to follow up for updates, clarify requirements, and push for responses that should have been proactively handled by a professional service provider.

The VPOB address provided through their service ultimately resulted in my GST application being rejected. The GST officer's rejection order specifically mentioned concerns regarding the premises, including multiple registrations operating from the same location and the premises being unsuitable for the nature of the business.

Following the rejection, I immediately contacted Vakilsearch and requested a refund. Their team acknowledged the issue and informed me through email that the refund and cancellation process would be initiated. I was advised to wait 10–15 business days.

I trusted their commitment and waited patiently.

However, after more than 45 days of continuous follow-ups, emails, and calls, I was still being told that they were waiting for updates from their VPOB partner. There was no clear accountability, no proper escalation matrix, and no ownership of the issue despite the payment being made directly to Vakilsearch.

What is even more concerning is that written communication from their escalation team indicated that a refund would be processed after applicable deductions. Despite this, I was later informed that a refund was not possible.

As a customer, I entered into an agreement with Vakilsearch, not their third-party vendors. Internal arrangements with partners should never become the customer's problem.

Another disappointing aspect of my experience was the focus on online reviews rather than resolving the actual issue. They will insist us to remove Google reviews, terrible service.Customers should receive a fair and timely resolution first. Public feedback is a result of the service experience, not the other way around.

My advice to business owners considering their GST and VPOB services:

• Verify the VPOB location independently before proceeding.
• Get all refund commitments in writing.
• Maintain records of every email and conversation.
• Ask for a documented escalation process before making payment.
• Do not rely solely on verbal assurances.

I am sharing this experience to help other entrepreneurs make an informed decision. Based on my experience, there is a significant gap in accountability, customer support, GST process knowledge, and refund handling. One of the worst service experiences we have had. We engaged Zolvit (Vakilsearch) for GST registration and payroll setup. Almost three months later, our GST is still not registered. It has been rejected by the tax department multiple times because their team never bothered to establish, before filing, what the GST department actually requires or what documents were needed from our virtual office partner. They do not prevent problems, they just react to each rejection, and they communicate at a pace of roughly one email and one question per day, which drags a time sensitive process out endlessly.
Payroll has been just as bad. After endless follow ups, someone finally generated our ESI and EPF login credentials, then went completely silent. No employees registered, no IP numbers, no UANs, nothing filed, and no one guiding us, which is exactly what we paid them to do. They repeatedly asked for the same portal OTPs over WhatsApp, vanished, then asked again days later with nothing to show for it.
Worst of all is the chaos. Multiple teams contact you with no coordination and no single person who can tell you what is pending or what is being prioritised. There is no accountability anywhere. We are not renewing and we would not recommend them to anyone who needs compliance work done properly and on time.

I had compliance services from vakilsearch, my auditor resigned from vakilsearch now i'm near deadline and i dont have a auditor. I have to pay tds give form 16 to employee and no auditor for company. Stay away they just scam you.

Extremely disappointed with Zolvit's service for my name change gazette application. I submitted all required documents and completed the process on 29 September 2025, and im writing review on 6th june 2026, even after several months, my gazette notification has still not been completed.

What is most frustrating is not just the delay, but the lack of clear communication and accountability. Every time I follow up, I receive vague responses, assurances, or requests to wait longer, without any concrete timeline or meaningful update. For a service that people rely on for important legal and identity-related changes, this level of delay is unacceptable.

A name change is not a casual request—it affects official documents, banking, employment records, travel documents, and numerous other aspects of daily life. The prolonged delay has caused significant inconvenience and unnecessary stress.

I chose Zolvit expecting professional handling and transparent communication. Instead, I have experienced months of waiting with no resolution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service to anyone who values timely execution, accountability, and customer support.

I sincerely hope Zolvit improves its processes and starts treating customers' time and commitments with the seriousness they deserve.

Extremely horrible and frustrating experience with Vailsesrch and the team including Mansoor, Rehman, and Sharath. The entire process felt misleading, irresponsible, and completely unprofessional from start to finish.

They have very poor knowledge about license handling, state laws, and basic eligibility requirements. They do not even seem to know which license should be applied for and where. Despite submitting all documents in advance and paying the full amount upfront, they failed to verify basic conditions for the Trade License process and later came back saying the warehouse location was not eligible.

This clearly shows a lack of competence and proper guidance. Now they are suggesting shifting the warehouse, which is a ridiculous and impractical solution for any running business.

Once the payment is made, their attitude completely changes. No accountability, no proper support, no clear communication, and no one takes responsibility. Every time a new person gets involved, they ask for extra money before moving the process forward.

Felt like a complete money-making trap with zero professionalism or customer care. Absolute waste of time, money, and mental peace. Strongly recommend people to stay cautious and verify everything independently before trusting them.

We observed that the internal communication between their organization/employees is very poor. I explain my issue to my RM as I got the number from the email signature. But after 2-3 days he forgot everything and assigned someone else to my case. I'm not happy with their service

Very disappointing experience with Vakil Search. They took the payment upfront, and it has already been 14 days with no proper completion of the work. Their agent Roshini keeps delaying the process and there is no clear update or accountability. Extremely unprofessional and third-class service. Would not recommend to anyone looking for reliable support.

I am utterly dissatisfied with the service provided by Zolvit (Vakilsearch).

I opted for Private Limited company registration on 7-Mar-2026. At the time of onboarding, I was assured that the complete process would be finished within one month. However, even after more than two months, my GST registration is still not completed.

Despite repeated follow-ups, nobody seems to take ownership or provide proper updates. Most of the time there is no response at all. On the rare occasions when someone replies, they claim they “tried contacting me,” which is completely false. They simply update their internal logs that way without actually making any attempt to call or communicate.

I also paid separately for full-year compliance services, but till today nobody has even contacted me regarding the compliance onboarding or next steps.

A WhatsApp group was created for coordination, but messages there are largely ignored as well. To make matters worse, almost every representative except one left the group without completing the work.

The entire experience has been highly unprofessional, poorly managed, and extremely frustrating. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before choosing Zolvit (Vakilsearch) for company registration or compliance services.

Never trust a company which fails to deliver , these ppl are incredibly shameless .they get u in with lofty promises get payment from you and then you get landed in mid ocean with out sails.
I have never seen such a disgraceful and disappointing service ..i have wasted more than three months to get notified wether GST application is filed or not and believe me every time I contacted they told me issue will be resolved. And finally I checked my self and no such application was filed after 3 months .
