Unable to return item

Unable to return item. Offered a 20% "goodwill" credit, or ship it to China. They responded to emails, but nonetheless the customer service was terrible.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Company doesn't advise they drop ship BY BOAT from China. Customer service is NO help. Had to cancel charge with my credit card company. STAY AWAY!

Great lights and customer service

We bought two lights for our new house we did have a slight issue with one when it came but the customer service was great. They were so responsive and willing to help every step of the way until the issue was resolved. I will absolutely buy more lights from here. Oh also the packaging on our expensive chandelier was extensive. They made sure it got here without damage by the way they packaged which was nice.

Tammy, was absolutely terrific and such a pleasure to work with. She was extremely responsive and got back to me always within the same day. My LED light is beautiful and had an issue with the LED driver after a couple of years. Tammy agreed to send me the part, even though it was out of warranty at no charge. Poor quality!

Expensive light fixture, $175, made really cheap. Just a plastic shell with a led strip and driver in it. Worked for a month. Vakker wanted a video showing it connected to prove that it didn't work. After lots of back and forth, thru are only sending me repair parts that I have to install myself. Do not buy from this company!

Regarding the Material: We understand the "plastic" feel can be surprising. However, the shell is actually crafted from high-grade, optical-quality acrylic. We specifically use this instead of glass for ceiling installations because it provides a much more even, glare-free light diffusion and is significantly safer/lighter for overhead mounting.

Regarding the "Repair": We hear your frustration about having to install parts yourself. To make this as easy as possible, we aren't just sending "bits and pieces," but a fully pre-assembled "plug-and-play" electronic core (the entire LED board and driver). Our goal was to provide the fastest fix so you wouldn't have to wait for a completely new shell to ship internationally.

Our Resolution: As a gesture of goodwill for the time you've spent troubleshooting with us, we can issued a 10% refund back to your original payment method, in addition to shipping the replacement electronics .

I received some pendant lights that weren’t quite what I expected. They did not want to do a return as shipping the heavy item back would have been expensive. I must say they were extremely responsive and accommodating in finding a solution that worked. I was very impressed l.

Shipping disaster

Shipping disaster. Product replaced. New product shipped. Same disaster. Boxes smashed. Wrong light sent in exchange.
3 attempts to email customer service with no reply. Would not order lamps again beyond the shipping disaster the lamps barely hold a charge.

Useless…

Missing part and broken bulb never resolved

Light arrived almost 6 weeks after ordering. The suspension rod was not included and it is clearly shown on the installation instructions and one glass bulb was broken. After 16 emails the issues were not fixed and they stopped responding. I ended up just ordering a rod and spray painting it the same color as the metal on the lamp and ordering new glass bulbs.

Avoid at all costs!!!!

Avoid at all costs!!!!! We are still waiting on our light fixture which was just sent from the factory after six weeks in their queue. I should have listened to the all the bad reviews. It was also shady that the asked for a significant tip during checkout. For what? Who would I be tipping? Even the customer service emails were sketchy. This is not a real company. You will only waste your valuable time if you order from them. Look elsewhere!

The lengthy delays, the poor lip service of so called “customer service”, or rather disservice are just the beginning… The company is not responsive and there is no recourse, as they don’t dare to have Google reviews or similar…

Garbage product and no way to return it

Lights that arrived were very low quality and wouldn't function the way they were pictured, there's no way I could install them. They would not offer a return and kept asking for more photos, more videos and arguing against a return and then offering a discount to instead keep the product or order something else though I'm sure that would have been garbage too. Definitely not hassle free and not good product. Total garbage and bad company, bad service.

Impossible to return

Quality of light is cheap and impossible to return. They claim the cost to ship back to China makes returns a poor option. I told them they should NOT state “hassle-free returns” on their website.

I would give it zero stars if that were an option. After waiting for over a month to receive the product, it didn't function as intended. Despite their return policy, there isn't one. They would only offer a 20% discount, BUT I am able to keep the product even though I can't use it. RUN!!!!!

The absolute worst

So much run around. Endless emails with no resolution, then they gave us bad banking information so we couldn't send them payment. We've been working with them for a month and still no order. I literally don't know how they stay in business. I guess people only leave reviews when it's bad, but damn. This company is competing for worst customer service experience ever.
