Fraud peoples.
It's been 2 months now. First they marked my order delivered from backend without actually shipping the product.
Then after complaining they sent a defective piece. When complained they asked for video, after providing video they disappeared, no response nothing.
How does india authorise these people's to do business in India, they should be banned from all over the world.

I had initially paid an advance of Rs.99 for an order value of Rs.598. The balance was to be COD. However I paid the balance also by the time of delivery a fact which they never updated to the delivery guy. The delivery guy came but refused to deliver saying it was COD although I showed him proof of payment.
