I was finding it impossible to apply for an evisa for India. I had paid a scam company, then could not find a way to proceed past the first page of the online application in the government website. When my sister called the agency, Roy stepped up and offered to help. He was amazing! Absolutely amazing. He stayed present with us for over an hour assisting with the complicated process until the application was finalized and submitted. Without his help, I could not have accomplished this. I am so deeply grateful to him for his kindness and competence. I will only use his company for my travel needs going forward. Thank you so much for your help. You accomplished the impossible with kindness and grace!

I requested info in the wee hours of the morning and received a call back in a very reasonable time. I worked with Dave and he gave me a few options. I might have gotten a slightly less expensive fair from an online site but it would have been more layovers and taken longer to get to my destination. The slight increase in price was worth it to me.

If we could give 0 stars we would. My husband contacted Dave at Valalto to set up business class flights for an upcoming trip to Peru. He came back with partial economy. When my husband requested that all legs be in business, Dave promptly wrote back "On second thought. Let’s just move on. I don’t want to work with either of you." This is the most rude interaction we've had with any travel agent and I'd strongly discourage anyone from using this agent or this business.
