Probably the single greatest action figure manufacturer on the market. Their stuff is always top quality, shipping is prompt for such a small business, and my customer experience has been nothing short of stellar. Will order from them MANY times.
I placed an order on the 18th November 2025 (order #37615) for 3 Valaverse Action Force figures for a Christmas present for my son (£106 including shipping). I’ve received nothing and have messaged Valaverse customer service multiple times but only get a reply about every 2 times I message them. They keep saying that they’re looking in to it. I last messaged them on the 18th December 2025 as a last chance before I would have to get my son something else for Christmas and asked them directly if I had lost my money and items and they replied with the same we are looking in to it and will get back to you when we have more info. I haven’t heard anything since (today is 19th January 2026).
