Valcena don’t help when there’s a problem.
I think Valcena products are nice; I had been using them for many years so after I moved to Canada from U.K. I ordered online as there was nowhere to buy locally.
Long story to short; the products had been sent to a local pick up location, I was unaware of this because the courier service didn’t leave notification of this. It’s only after the fact that I learnt about tracking the package, by which time the package had been returned to sender. I contacted Valcena Customer Services via email on numerous occasions; to this day no refund when postal tracking shows that the products were returned. I understand that things can go wrong but to be repeatedly ignored and not be refunded when they can see I did not receive the products is appalling behaviour.
