Many thanks to the person who dealt with my enquiry regarding a spare part for my Highgrove settee purchased in January 2006.
The part was ordered and delivered on the following day.
This was consumer service at its best.

Service quite good, but the suite we bought in cloth has turned a horrible yellow colour on seat cushions and the back of the sofas, it looks dirty, we only use it maybe 4 nights a week in our lounge. Hence we have to replace it, even though it’s only 3 years old. I have read that it’s something to do with the foam they use, but I’m not happy at a cost of £2800 in a sale.

Bought furniture from them several years ago is still first rate.
Had s problem recently due to moving house.
They helped us out really well.

I purchased 2 sofas from the Amalfi range good service from the staff in the factory showroom well delivered looks good in situ,
However we come to problem the reflex foam of the dest cushions,, on sitting for a short period no problem but the foam seems to soften with body heat allowing your posture to be very poor in fact I wonder if the wrong grade of foam has been used in the manufacture of the seat cushions looks nice 9 out of10 comfort with a month of use 4/10 on forums there seems to be an opinion about reflex foam and it's lack of support

We have had a set of recliner chairs for 2 years with which we are delighted. However the battery failed on one of the chairs causing the recliner movement to fall. After contacting the company we were forwarded a replacement battery which we received the next day, without any cost despite the published warranty period on the battery had expired

I had my furniture recovered and from the service in the showroom to delivery the Company have been excellent. The help when I was choosing new material was constructive and positive. The quality of the furniture is second to none. Delivery was exactly as detailed and the 2 men delivering were cheerful and professional - they even moved the chair I had been using to elsewhere in the building. I cannot recommend Vale Bridgecraft highly enough. Full marks all round.

We purchased our first Malvern suite over 20years ago and it is still so very comfortable, the fabric is still completely fine, it just felt a little dated. We knew that we could have it recovered, and explored this option, and will hopefully do so in the future . We were fortunate to be able to keep our previous suite but purchased a new Malvern three seater and a two seater with a more modern fabric. We did not hesitate in returning to Valebridgecraft because we knew that the furniture is made with care by skilled craftsman, who still take pride in their work, and it is guaranteed for 25years. We met Lorraine in the Hebden Bridge showroom where there is a great selection of suites and fabrics to choose from, Lorraine was superb. We were given much appreciated advice and guidance, and at no time did we feel pressure to buy anything, just given time to think and decide. It may seem a lot of money, which it is, but you do get what you pay for, and to have something you look forward to relaxing on at the end of the day is well worth it. It looks fabulous, thank you.

First encountered Vale a long time ago and enjoyed excellent service then when we bought a three piece suite. So, it was our first port of call when we thought of more furniture. It was pleasing to see that after all this time the attention to its customers and the quality of the product had not diminished.

We needed a riser / recliner chair and Lorraine did everything she could to satisfy our queries, culminating in her suggesting that she could arrange for a chair to be tested more locally.

In the end we were not able to purchase a chair on this occasion as the timing could not be organised. Due to the active support, professionalism and good humour of Lorraine we were left disappointed that we had failed her. How many times can that be said these days.

Thoroughly recommend the Company and its staff. Well done.

We purchased a two seater & three seater settee, with an armchair via a local supplier in South Wales. We are absolutely delighted with our furniture in all aspects, but recently, about 2 years after our purchase, a couple of tears developed in the fabric covers of two cushions. Lorraine at Valebridgecraft couldn't have been more helpful. Despite the fabric no longer being available, they managed to rework the cushions with a close match, but cleverly positioned where it would not be seen! Cannot fault their craftsmanship or helpfulness in going the extra mile - if I could give six stars I would!

What an amazing job of reupholstering our amalfi chair by Valebridgecraft. Many thanks to the showroom staff for their guidance on the choice of fabric. The quality of the workmanship is evidenced in the chair we have received today. We are utterly delighted and have no hesitation in highly recommending Valebridgecraft.

From first visit to showrooms to delivery of my suite I could not fault the service received,
Salesman was helpful and patient without applying any pressure.
Production manager Paul was very flexible over delivery arrangements as well as friendly and chatty.
The delivery men were extremely professional, respecting my home and taking great care with my new suite.
The suite itself is beautiful and I could not be more pleased, yes you can buy cheaper but the quality and manufacturing could not be outdone. The choice of fabrics and designs is brilliant.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company and a big thank you to all who work there.

Bought in 2006, our Petite sofas and chair were beginning to look a little ‘tired’. After a bit of research I discovered ValeBridgecraft offered a reupholstery service.
From our first contact with Angela on the phone through to delivery of the newly upholstered sofas and chair, customer service was excellent. An added bonus was the furniture we were lent while the work was carried out.
All in all fantastic service and one I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend - 5*.

I purchased my furniture from this company 18months ago due to the security of a 25 year guarantee and a good reputation. Albeit quite expensive.
Vale Bridgecraft has gone into liquidation, it has been taken over and still trading under the same name. However, my guarantee is now null and void as will that of many others who bought prior to the buy out.
I contacted the company ( three times as they failed to call me back) due to cushions going flat and was told they would sort them out but at a cost. I was also warned/ threatened that comments on social media could result in legal action!

When I fell pregnant & started to think about my baby’s nursery I knew I wanted a sturdy, comfortable, reliable chair in the nursery. So, I went to Vale Bridgecraft and bought an Edwin Chair & Sara Foot Stool. We chose the plush material as we were informed it would be easy wipe down with any spills or messes, perfect for a baby. The chair is incredibly comfortable & relaxing when trying to settle my baby or feed her! Amazing chair, amazing fast delivery, amazing customer service when ordering the chair!
