My experience with this matchmaking agency has been extremely disappointing.
I paid $12,500 several years ago for a matchmaking service that, in my experience, was never delivered as agreed.
I was very clear about my criteria, including that I did not want to be matched with a man more than five years older than me. I was introduced to only one man—more than 30 years older than me and living in a different country from where I live, despite these criteria being clearly communicated from the beginning.
After years of trying privately to resolve this and obtain a refund, I have still received neither a refund nor a satisfactory response. I recently made one final request and, several days later, have received no reply.
I am sharing my experience because, after years of trying to resolve this privately, I feel other potential clients should know what happened.
